Hi, since you have 7 persons, one room may be not big enough for you to stay in. You'd better book 2 or three rooms. You can try to find a budget hotel at Mongkok area.
I'd like to suggest you an itinerary as a reference for you:
Day 1: reach HK, then check in hotel. Then have a general view of the city around Mongkok and do some shopping.
Day 2: Go to visit Ngong Ping 360 in the early morning, then spend the whole afternoon to visit Disneyland.
Day 3: Take ferry from China Ferry Terminal Tism Sha Tsui to Macau and back by ferry at night.
Day 4:Ocean park, the peak and Avenue of Stars.
Well, once you book you hotel, I can give you some advise on the transport from the hotel to those places.

thank you Mr. Rechard..our day 1 in not included bcoz our arrival at Hk in 8:10 in the evening so may we can take a short walk to view the city at night. since we have a 3 kids we cannot go out long for night life.

by the way how much will cost the entrance fee of Disneyland and Ocean Park? It is ok to buy online using credit card or not?
and also how much will cost the ferry from China to Macau and Macau to China or Roundtrip? is there a discount for the kids age 3, 7, and 8 years old?
