You can take MTR from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station - N2 to Nam Cheong, then transfer to Tung Chung line to Tung Chung Station. From there, you can take Disneyland resort to get to the Disneyland. It costs about HKD18.5.
From the hotel to Ngong Ping, you can take MTR to Nam Cheong and then transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Tung Chung station. Then walk to Ngong Ping 360 cable car terminal to take the cable car there. It is also a walking distance from Tung Chung station to Tai O Fishing Village and Stilt Houses.
