What does "Passed China Customs" mean? My parcel has been on this status since March 10, 2011. Where could it have been? Is there a chance that I would still be able to receive it?

It means your parcel has been sent out of China. Usually no status will be shown on the tracking system once the parcel is sent out of China, so it's hard to say where it is now. You can keep touch with your local post office to get the info. of your parcel later.
