About:China Visa on Arrival

hi..i'm from malaysia...can i get a VOA at Lo Wu, since i've never been to China before..i'm planning to go to shenzhen in a day return only...thanx..

You can try to get VOA at Lo Wu, but maybe your application will be denied because you have never been to China before.
