Hi,I understand that china citizen have their name written in Chinese on their passport. They don't have their name spell in English on their passport.If he intend to book a domestic on-line e-ticket thru me, may I know how to go about with the entries of his name on e-form whereby all the entries are in English?Thanks.

You can just fill their name in Chinese the same as that on their passport to book the tickets for them.
