Not sure what you want to learn in China, so hard to provide you any website. I advise you contact the China Embassy in Nigeria for help.

In case you mean that you want to apply through Chinese Government Scholarship for undergraduate program, you may find this site useful. http://laihua.csc.edu.cn
You have to hurry cos if i'm right, they'll close the online application site by 30th of this month.
