About:Beijing Train Schedule

Please forgive me if I asked this twice - I am not sure if my question properly posted before.

I wish to take the high-speed train from Beijing South Station to Jinan in Early April. If I purchase a soft-seat ticket, am I guaranteed a seat? Would one ever be forced to stand, or does a ticket ensure I will have a seat?

If you purchased a soft-seat ticket with seat Number, you could take the seat with the same number as that appearing on your tickets accordingly. Provided you bought a standing ticket which doesn’t have seat number and clearly shows ‘no seat’, you need to stand. To ensure getting a seat, you would better buy the train tickets as early as possible.
