About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I am applying for the Chinese govt scholarship i got the same problem means the agency number ..what should i contact either the Chinese embassy in Pakistan or the university i want to study in china please reply me as soon as possible thanks ....

I think you may contact the China Embassy first, since you have to apply for the scholarship and student visa through them.
