Question

I work in China and have a residence permit until 17 Feb 2012.  My husband has recently applied for a residence permit as my family member.  His passport expires on 16 January 2012, so the residence permit will be issued until 15 January 2012.  I have two questions:1.  Will he still be able to enter China in August 2011?2.  Will he have any problems leaving China in late November 2011?

Once he can get a residence permit valid till 15th January 2012, he is able to enter China in August 2011, he doesn't have problems to exit China in late November 2011. The residence permit can be used as a multiple entry visa
