About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I am a Filipino based here in Saigon, I do'nt have my working permit and resident visa as these were returned to my previous employer when my contract ended. I need to go to Hongkong for an interview less than a week from now. Do I need a visa for a maximum 2 to 3 days stay? If in case, what are other documents needed?
Looking for your prompt feedback. Thanks.
