About:Emperor Qin Shi Huang

What helped Shi Huangdi rule his empire? Was it his new currency, law system and measurements he brought in???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I think it is the grim laws Shi Huangdi made. The unity of currency measuremen and others was indeed helpful and convenient to manage the country.
