About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hello,
I'm from Argentina ,I want to study chinese but is only for 6 months ,the question is how to apply the visa ,
I have to go china and get tourist visa and letter apply for student visa o i have to apply first to go there ?

You need to get an admission letter from a school and an confirmation letter of invitation letter from an authorized Chinese government office, then apply for Business Visa to go to China for studying Chinese for 6 months. Business visa (F) can be issued to aliens who come to China for study for less than 6 months.

If you get a tourist visa to go to China, it is hard to change it into Business visa within Mainland China
