I need to know the rules for application for obtaining a vis single entry for attending an International Symposium at Dalian, China from this 24 to 30.Pls inform me of the above. Thanks

You need to get an official invitation letter issued by an authorized Chinese government office, such as the International Symposium Dalian Organizor, Dalian Foreign Affairs Office, otherwise, it is impossible for you to get a business visa to attend the symposium.
