I find it interesting that Qinshihuang was cheated by a cheater named Xu Fu for his immortal dream.

Qin wanted to end confucianism because he believed in harsh punishments. Confucians believed in proper behavior and not harsh punishments. So he killed 460 scholors and burned all books about that. Even his son was against him. Qin believed in laegalism,with harsh punishments.
