About:China Postal Service

Hi there I have 2 packages that I am still waiting on the first one left China on the 5th of March it has now been 18 days and still it has not arrived in NZ I ordered it well over a month ago tracking number is RR987654860CN.

The second item is RR918670093CN and left China on the 7th March and has now taken 16 days and has still not arrived this one was also ordered over a month ago.

could you please tell me how much longer these items will be

You may contact local new Zealand post office to check whether you rpackages havce been arrived or not. Since it always takes a long time to post a parcel to foreign countries, I think your packages are during the transit. You may wait for some time more.

Hi Kevin

Yes I have contacted NZ post many times now they have no record of these items at all and said that they have still not arrived in NZ. Neither item will show up on the China tracking site now as they have taken to long and both expired. I think these have been lost or stolen as I have many other orders that have arrived within a week these are the only 2 that have taken over a month to arrive in NZ the rest only took 1 day on the plane. This is not right and still nobody can tell me where they are.

Then you can contact the sender to help to check what happened to your packages. If the sender can't help you, you can do nothing but wait.
