About:Urumqi Travel

We will be visiting China in May and will have one full day in Urumqi between trains. If we spend the day exploring the city, is there a left luggage facility at the station? Is it worth going outside the city, say to the Lake, and if so how? Grateful for any suggestions or advice. Thank you!

Yes, there is a left luggage facility at the train station. The city is worthy of your sighting. Since you only have one day, you can make full use of the taxi in the city to have a general view of the city and to visit these attractions like the lake.
