Dear Ms Enid,

thank yu for your response. Assuming that she is the sole owner of the property, does the Chinese government permit me to have co-ownership as her husband?

If you and your Chinese wife don't make a pre-marital property notarization, you have co-ownership of the house as her husband. When you get a divorce, you can get half of the house.
