i have an L visa,my husband would be applying for L visa in how many days i will get my resident permit as i need to fly back to india urgently

You can not be granted a residence permit in China, because this permit is only issued to foreigners who study or work in China for more than 6 months. If your L tourist visa is single entry, you can not re-enter China after leaving.
