Please advise is the weather suitable for us to have wedding photoshoots at Taipei in mid December 2011? Is it too cold for outdoor shoots?

It is nice to take wedding photo shoots at Taipei during Dec. The average temperature will be about 14~21C with little rainfall. It is warm and pleasant for outdoor shoots.
