Take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central, 8HKD. Then walk to peak tram station. It costs 22HKD (33HKD for round trip) for peak tram. Or you can take bus 15 from Central Star Ferry to the Peak Top, fare 9.8HKD. Bus 1 at Connaught Road Central, Outside CityHall Carpark is another choice, slightly cheaper.
