With UAE passport, you are not required visa to HK for 30 days. You need a business visa to China only.

The visa for Hong Kong takes more than 2 weeks, is it possible I complete all required documents for my business visa and submit to your consulate in Dubai, once the visa is approved, can I obtain this visa in Guanzhou and then travel to Hong kong, or can this visa be obtained during my arrival at the Hong kong airport. Mr.Sunder Bir, sorry to tell you that it is impossible for you to get Hong Kong visa when you are in Guangzhou or Hong Kong. You have to wait for the HK visa issuance from the consulate in Dubai, the consulate won't mail the visa to Guangzhou or Hong Kong when you are there.

It takes 4 working days for Hk visa processing if your application doesn't need the approval of Hk immigration department. Generally speaking, the consulate can issue single entry Hk visa with less than 14 days stay duration.
