About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am planning visit business visit to China and would like to visit Hongong too.But maybe during my visit plan I cannot get the visa on time, is it possible I apply visa in Dubai but if it is ready I can obtain it in Gunagzhou or during my arrival in Hongkong.As I would need my passport for travelling to China.
Pls inform of any suggestion.Thanks.Best regards.Sunder Bir

Mr.Sunder Bir, sorry to tell you that it is impossible for you to get Hong Kong visa when you are in Guangzhou or Hong Kong. You have to wait for the HK visa issuance from the consulate in Dubai, the consulate won't mail the visa to Guangzhou or Hong Kong when you are there.

It takes 4 working days for Hk visa processing if your application doesn't need the approval of Hk immigration department. Generally speaking, the consulate can issue single entry Hk visa with less than 14 days stay duration.

With UAE passport, you are not required visa to HK for 30 days. You need a business visa to China only.
