About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

Pls tell me. How do I get an english speaking taxi to transport me from place to place in shanghai? Is this possible and is it very expensive? Most of all, is it safe?

Do not worry about safety.
But it is not possible. Because there is no taxi drivers speaks English here,at least I do not know.
The best way is that to let your friend or hotel stuff write down in Chinese and just show it to drivers .This is the only way so far.
