Can I take a fast train from Beijing to 3 Gorges Dam? Which city destination is that?

There is only one fast train from Beijing to Chongqing, D319. It takes over 15 hours. Or you can also take train from Beijing to Yichang. Yichang is much closer to the dam, about 1 hours by car.0
