I am a US Citizen living in Okinawa Japan, and my husband and I need to go to Hong Kong and Shenzhen China from 4/14-18th. I need to go into China two times as I am staying in HK, and I have a letter from a factory to allow me to obtain a business visa.
Where do I get these visas?

You can apply from Consulate General of China in Fukuoka. Your visa type should be double entry business.
