Hi, Mr. Yong, there are much information about car rental in Taiwan online, but most are in Chinese. Well, I do not recommend you to rent a car in Taiwan since the transportation in Taiwan is developped. You can make full use of the train, public bus, tour bus, rapid transit or taxi to visit Taiwan.
