Hi. I wanted to ask about your china telecoms, i know if u load a china mobile sim, if u dial 12593 then the numbers to call back to the philippines, it will be cheaper. How about for Unicom Telecom, what number do we use?We will be in shanghai this coming Wednesday.Thanks and hope for a quick reply.Michael Ang

You can use 968200 when using China telecom to make an international call. Anyhow, you'd better go to the China Telecom Service Hall to ask about it since there are many types of the sim cards.
