About:Taiwan Weather

We were wanting to go to just taipei in December 2011 about the 3rd and staying for 4 nights, how does the weather usually go at that time of year? Also is taiwan in the earth quake region?

The weather is usually suitable for travelling during that time. With a usual temperature of about 14~21C, it is cool and pleasant. Taiwan is in the earthquake region but the earthquke hasn't occurred for a long time.
