About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

I have two questions :

1 Does China recognise the UN Laissez Passer for official travel? I will be going to Hongkong for official travel and, if China recognises UNLP, I will use that to enter Hongkong.

2 I then would like to go to Beijing as a tourist for which I will use my national passport from The Philippines. What are requirements for Philippine nationals to apply for tourist visa to China in the Chinese consulate in The Hague. I have a Dutch residence permit.

Thank you.

With Philippine passport, you are not required visa to HK for 14 days. So, it is ok to use your national passport to enter HK. For a China tourist visa application, you need to provide your original passport valid for at least 6 months with more than 2 blank visa pages; One completed Chinese Visa Application Form; One recent passport photograph affixed to the visa application form and your Dutch residence permit and copy. Moreover, reound way tickets and hotel bookings are required if visa officers deem them necessary.
