Am so sorry to bother you,but i want to know where or how i will get the application form for China visa, and what you meant by the Photocopy of my husband's passport data page?is it his international passport?

The application form V2011A and V2011B can be found on the top of this page, which you can download first and fill by hand, or complete online then print it out. And that means copy of personal information page of your husband's Nigeria passport, which he needs send to you from China.
