Since you have two days to cover these places, you can go to visit the Stanley Market, the Repulse Bay and the Aberdeen Fishing Village the first day, then go to visit the peak and the Victoria Harbour the next day.
From the hotel to Stanley Market, you can take bus 112 from Allied Plaza, Nathan Road to South Pacific Hotel, Morrison Hill Road, then walk to Happy Valley, Racecourse,Morrison Hill Road to take bus 40 to Stanley Police Station.
From Stanley market, you can take bus 73 to Repulse Bay.
Then take bus 40 from Hacienda, Repulse Bay Road to Morrison Hill Road, Leighton Road, and transfer to tram Kennedy Town - Happy Valley to Des Voeux Road Central (Gilman Street). Then walk to Aberdeen Fishing Vilage.

The second day, from the hotel, you can walk to Prince Edward station to take MTR to Central, then take bus 1 to the peak. Get down the peak along peak road, you will get to Victoria Harbour. You can also see the symphony of lights there.
