dear sir/madami have korean multiple visa and wanna get chines visa from here i apply one time from seoul but they refused and they told me that u should have korean id card but i didnt had cuz i have multiple visa so how i should get chines visa for business.is it possible for me  thank you

You can try to apply from Chinese consulate in Busan where they issue visa to foreigners without Alien Registration Card.
