About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

sir i am from india i want marry china girl. i have single certificate with attestation but tis on feb 2009 can i use tis year ? i will be going on next month china, i will stay 2009 feb that time i want to get marriage but my certificate not ready then i return because my visa only 1 month, can u help me can i use this certificate or need a new certificate please help

no, sir, you need to get a new certificate since the one you hold was issued 2 years ago.
