About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello, I have an important and also urgent question. Im in Vietnam now and have to leave the country 27th March. I had a ticket to Japan, but because disaster it's not good to go. My new plan was to go to South Korea by plane. Spend some weeks here and then with ferry to China.
I don't have a Chinese visa yet, but to get one in Seoul I need a flight ticket which I don't have (cause I want to go by ferry) and I need a Alien Registration Card. But this last card I only can get if I be longer in South Korea then 90 days. For sure I'll stay shorter..
Is it possible to get a visa without this card and without flight ticket??

Please let me know as soon as possible,

Regards,
T.W. Boele

You can try to apply for a China visa from Chinese consulate in Busan, where they issue visas to temporary visitors. The list for appointed travel agencies can be found on Busan consulate page.
