I am planning to travel from Yichang to Xian after my Yangtze Cruise trip, can I stop over at Luoyang take a day rest and then proceed to Xian? If OK, What is the train fare from Yichang to Luoyang? and how much is from Luoyang to Xian?

In that case, you could buy two tickets Yichang-Luoyang and Luoyang-Xian respectively. From Yichang to Luoyang, two trains are available and the ticket price for one soft sleeper on the train K628/K625 is CNY245. On Luoyang-Xian route, many trains are operating including some high speed trains. And it costs around CNY107 for one soft seat on G trains.
