About:China Visa on Arrival

I was currently working in China. My friend from Malaysia will come visit in Hong Kong and will join Hong Kong tour to Hainan Island. Can my fried apply visa on arrival?

Yes, your friend can apply for visa on arrival at Sanya or Haikou of Hainan Island.
