Influenced by long-history Buddhist culture, the vegetarian dishes of Hangzhou do have relationship with Buddhism. The most popular one is the Lingying Temple Restaurant, which is well-known for the noodle. Another one is called Shou Kang Yong, located at 38, Yan'an South Road, Shangcheng District. It does meet the needs of fashion vegetarians.
