What's your meaning? Do you want to apply for a Korean visa to Seoul or apply for a new China visa in South Korea?

If you work in China, you should hold a Residence Permit because Work Visa Holders should apply for a residence permit from a local county level Public Security Bureau within 30 days after entering China. The Residence Permit can be used as multiple entry visa during its validity period.

Do you mean you want to get a new work visa in Korea because your present residence permit expires?
