About:Chinese Embassy in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indian national. A US Company wants to employ and place me in India. Right now we do not have an office in India. But I am expected to travel to China on business visa to work on certain projects. I can get the invitation letter from our client.

1) Can I get the business visa for China (from India) if my employer does not have an office in India?

2) Can I get business visa for 6 months?

3) What other documents would be required for application of business visa apart from return tickets, invitation letter from client and the visa application form.

Thanks you.

Arvind

1) Covering letter from applicant's company or employer addressed to the visa office is required for China Business Visa application. If your employer doesn't have an office in India, it will affects your business visa application

2) if your client in China can send you an official invitation letter issued by an authorized Chinese government office, such as Foreign Affairs Office

3) you can find the requirements for business visa from this page.
