About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi,

I am indian passport holder. Currently in Malaysia on Business VISA.

From Malaysia, I want to China to on tourist visa. I got married to my chinese wife registered in CHINA.

Will it be possible for me to apply L visa from Chinese embassy in Malaysia?

An applicant holding a passport other than Malaysian passport should provide the original and a copy of his or her permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in the Malaysia).

Therefore, I don't think you can apply L visa from Chinese embassy in Malaysia. Please return to India to obtain L visa.
