If i need to travel to China for training about 6 months.
what documents i must to prepare.

You need to prepare below documents to apply for a business visa to travel to China for 6 months training:
1. your passport with at least 9 months validity
2. one recent passport photo
3. filled visa application form
4. invitation letter from a foreign affairs office in the city where you accept training
