You need to provide the below documents to China embassy/consulate in Philippines to apply for Hong Kong visit visa:
1. Passport/travel document with blank pages and a validity of at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. An invitation letter from your father, one copy of your father's HK ID, the notice from the hospital
4. relationship certificate, such as birth certificate

You can write 90 days planned longest stay duration on Hong Kong Visa Application Form, it is possible for you to get it because you are immediate family member of your father.
