Hello, I'll be arriving at Hangzhou airport at 22:30 and need to get to the Ramada Plaza near West Lake. Will it be easy for me to get a taxi at that time? How much should I pay? And should just get the driver to use the metre or should I agree the fare in advance? Thanks!

Yes, you could hire a taxi at the airport. Usually, the driver will charge by metre and the fare should be around 100CNY to the hotel. If the driver would like to consult a fare, please insist~

Actually, you could take the airport shuttle bus to its terminal at Wulinmen (CNY20). Then, you could take a taxi to the hotel with a cost of just CNY11.
