I will visit Hengdian soon. Is there a train from Hengdian to Hainan Island? How far is this distance?

No. You mean Hengdian in Zhejiang Province, right? You can get to Jinhua City first and Jinhua West Railway Station has one train to Haikou, leaving at 14:28 and arriving 28 hours later.

hi, indeed hengdian is a bit quite far from this island, and there is no train goes directly there. but you can change train on the half way in guangzhou then take the train K210/K211 and T170, get off at the stop at yiwu（义乌）,after you can take bus in the bus station just near the train station to dongyang east station(东阳东站）,from where you got to take bus again then arrive at hengdian
