About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

A Philippine company wants to authenticate a document (Technical Agreement with a Chinese company since it is a requirement. How do they go about the authentication procedure? The Philippine company is likewaise located in Mindanao.

You need to take the Technical Agreement to go through the following procedures:
first, issued by local notary public

second, verified by the Regional Trial Court

third, authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs of Philippines and finally authenticated by the Chinese Embassy

To apply for document authentication, please submit your authentication document (original & copy), passport and other documents required by the consular officer. The processing time is 4 working days
