Hello . I am from India and right now I am in Quzhou, want to see Shanghai in a day ? How should I plan?

I don't think one day is enough for you come to Shanghai for visit and then return to Quzhou. Even if you leave Quzhou around 06:00 in the morning, you just arrive in Shanghai around 12:00. Then, you should catch the train back to Quzhou around 18:00. So, you only have 4~5 hours for visit. Little thing could do.
