I will like to know the weather and the cold months in liaoning, do you have mcdonalds there.

Liaoning has a long cold winter from Nov to March the next year. The coldest month is Jan with a lowest temperature of about -30C. July is the hottest month of the year with an average temperature of 24.7C. It is much cooler than almost all the provinces in southern China.
