About:Embassy & Consulate of Indonesia in China

Hello, I am Siti an Indonesian.

I would like to apply the work visa in China and currently I am staying in China with F (Busines) visa. I was told that I need to submit some certificate on the non-criminal record. Can I get this certificate in your place (the Indonesia consulate Guangzhou)?

You can't get non-criminal record from Indonesia Consulate in Guangzhou, you have to get the record from Indonesia, then send it to a Translation Office authorized by Indonesia Judiciary Ministry to transit it into Chinese version.

Second, send the original non-criminal record and its Chinese version to Indonesia Judiciary Ministry and Indonesia Foreign Affairs Ministry for authentication,

third, send them to China embassy/consulate in Indonesia for authentication.

then authenticated by a local notary office, Indonesia foreign affairs office and China embassy/consulate in Indonesia.
