Good afternoon,

I am supposed to get a parcel from Czech Republic (to Shenzhen, China), sending date was March 10th.

I have been trying to track the parcel using the local websites of China Post and EMS, but the number cannot be found in the system.

Any chance you can help?

Tracking number: rr460381024cz

You posted the parcel from Czech to China right? So you used Czech Post istead of China Post, you can't track it through China post of course.

Hi, try using capital letter in the tracking number as the website is case sensitive

Thank you for the tip, capital letters worked just fine, my colleague could trace to the nearest post office......and we used the tracking website of China Post!!!
