Hi Planing to Zhuhai. Can i apply visa on the spot at the counter? How much the visa fees?

You may try to apply a visa on arrival, but it may be not so certain to get it. The VOA is about HKD150.
You'd better apply a visa in advance before going there in your country. It costs about 58 Ringgit.
