Hi,I am in Nanjing now and I want to go to Guangzhou with my family. I myself, my wife, and my two daughters (both of them are below 1.2 meter). I want to go by a soft sleeper and to take the whole cabin (I mean four sleepers). Do I have to buy four tickets or only two tickets will do?

According to the regulations, one adult passenger could carry one child below 1.2meters for free on the train provided he/she doesn’t take extra seat/berth. If the children take extra berths, they need to buy the ticket after aboard the train. For details, you could consult the staff at the train station.
